The cancellation period of 14 days begins on the day on which the customer or a third party commissioned by the customer takes possession of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller must return all payments received from the customer, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. This period of 14 days for repayment begins when the seller receives the declaration of revocation.
The same payment method will be used for the refund that the customer chose in the original transaction.

If the item was marked at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
